on the National Register of Historic Places, the Admiral Fitzroy Inn is a European-style
hotel. The rooms are furnished with individual details including antique sleigh
beds and hand-stenciled armoires. The walls are works of art, hand-painted in
tasteful elegance with a touch of whimsy. All rooms have a private telephone line,
cable TV, a tea kettle with the fixings, small fridge, A/C's, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and of course, a private
full bath. Two rooms each have a whirlpool tub and a private deck with views
of Newport Harbor.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund will be issued and a $15.00 processing fee will apply if cancellation is received 10 days before arrival date. For cancellations made within 10 days before arrival, there will be no refund of deposit unless we are able to re-book the room for the entire length of original reservation. Same policy applies to reservation date changes. No refunds given for "early depatures".
